Super friendly and very courteous. April in Greece was the best! When our flight from Puerto Rico suddenly disappeared and was rebooked without our knowledge, she was able to assist us with seats on return flight which was not optimal but not her fault. I will simply change carriers. Thank you April!

I stopped by to pay the balance on a trip we booked through AAA yesterday. I have been a member of AAA for a long time. There was a receptionist, 3 agents on their computers (with no customers in front of them) and a woman training a new employee. I waited for 7 minutes while one agent put chap stick on, another got up and went to the bathroom, none of them even acknowledged I was there. Finally the receptionist went and spoke to the woman training the new employee and returned and said she would get to me in 15 minutes. Very poor customer relations and service. It would have taken 3 minutes to process my payment. But because the agent I booked with wasn’t there no on else wanted to assist me. Do better Greece team. You can do so much better in acknowledging the presence of a person sitting in front of you.

I know people have to be taught and learn how to drive. And I'm not sure why you guys always practice down in Charlotte on our vehicles. I'm sorry, but vehicles are expensive, And if damage is created, you don't know if someone will tell you or not, and even if they tell you really don't want to go through that. Is trying to avoid damage to a Fifty thousand dollar silverado because they want to practice. Trying to avoid damage at all cost. Is there somewhere else in the city of rochester that you can teach people how to drive? Is tired of our cars being guinea pigs. There is a beach parking lot you're more than welcome To use that is open to the public.

I locked my keys in my car. Thankfully I have AAA. The AAA person arrived within 30 minutes from my phone call and unlocked my vehicle quickly. So glad I have AAA!

You should change the staff to speak more nicely than this or a training course for the staff is the worst place But I am forced to visit for insurance. I will change the insurance to change this bad place
